Amendments

This Constitution, with the exception of Article 4, may be revised or amended at any regular business meeting of the Church by two-thirds (2/3) vote of the members present and voting, provided:

• The revision or amendment shall be approved by the Ministry Team.
• The motion shall have been printed and dispersed to the Church at least two weeks before the business meeting.
• The amendment shall not conflict with the Articles of Incorporation of this Church.
• Article 4 may be amended or changed only at the Annual Meeting of the Church and that by a three-fourths (3/4) vote of the members present.
